AHOY CHESSS Mates!
I want to apologize for scheduling a CHESSS SPRING MEMBERSHIP MEETING on March 30, 2024. With various religious observances and spring breaks in March, we knew it could be tough to get a large gathering. We hope to start promptly at 9:30 am, technology permitting.
If you are not available to attend in person, you send your proxy vote or attend via a google meeting. It would be valuable to have your input.
This is being sent to all members and many friends of CHESSS because in order to amend the Constitution. Adoption of the amendment requires a three-fourths majority approval of the voting members present or who have voted by proxy.
If you cannot attend that meeting, we request that you submit a proxy vote via email to JHHalpern@Hotmail.com and revolution4515@gmail.com no later than 17:00 on Friday March 29, 2024.
