For those either not planning to get ORC Certificate or haven't gotten their ORC certificate yet, is there enough interest in racing PHRF in the Herrington Harbour to Cambridge Race (May 7th - CBYRA Sanction #306)? The NOR indicates they are having a CHESSS start.

Is the distance to start for Annapolis based boats too far? I myself would need to leave dock 4:30 - 5:00AM in order to get to start in time, but might be willing if there were others.

We should clear Black Walnut Point prior to the Annapolis to TAYC boats coming around.
